SQUARE D Critical Power Competency Center A Corporate Sponsor at 7X24 Exchange Conference in Orlando June 7 May 1, 2004
Nashville, TN -- May. 21, 2004 --
Schneider Electric announces its corporate sponsorship at this year's 7x24 Exchange conference in Orlando, Florida. The company's Square DÆ Critical Power Competency Center is the host, with a Worry Free evening planned for attendees at its Polynesian Paradise pavilion, which opens at 6 p.m., June 7 at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes.
"We're thrilled about this opportunity," says Mark Bidinger, Director of the Competency Center, who adds that the company has a long-time relationship with the 7x24 Exchange. "This allows us to offer our friends and customers a worry-free evening of fun and relaxation. It's all about them. We want them to understand that our sole mission during the day is to combine our critical power expertise with award-winning products and services in such a way that our customers never have to worry about their power. We help turn it on. We ensure that they keep it on."
The conference is coordinated by the 7x24 Exchange, which is a "knowledge exchange for those who design, build, and maintain mission critical enterprise information infrastructures," as defined on the association's website at www.7x24exchange.org. "The goal is to improve end-to-end reliability by promoting dialog among these groups," as noted on the site. Two 7x24 Exchange conferences are conducted annually, with the Orlando conference conducted June 6-9, and another one October 17-20 in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Square D has designed critical power systems for companies and institutions such as Fannie Mae, The Home Depot, Bank of America, CitiGroup, State Farm Insurance, The Federal Reserve Bank, and Hewlett Packard.
"We are looking forward to this year's participation with the 7x24 event," Bidinger says. "It's a pleasure to spend time with the folks who are the focus of what we do every day."
